Service Scope and Applicability
CavaVPN provides cross-border connectivity for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with routes covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes. The regions available for connection, route types, and client access points are based on the information displayed on the website and user panel at the time. Local network conditions, carrier routing, and third-party platform policies may affect actual connection performance.
The service is intended to improve connection quality for cross-border access and access to international websites. It does not operate, represent, or endorse any third-party website, application, or content. Account eligibility, content availability, regional policies, and usage conditions for third-party services are determined independently by their respective providers, and users must read and follow their rules.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and other actions performed through their account. If credentials are exposed or there is unusual or unauthorized access, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
Subscriptions support use on an unlimited number of devices, but this arrangement applies only to personal devices reasonably managed by the account holder. Accounts, subscription benefits, and connection credentials may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or provided as a shared service to unspecified parties. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, access issues, or account risks caused by publicly sharing credentials.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should make their selection after confirming the plan details, billing method, and current needs; subscription status, remaining traffic, and order records are determined by the user panel.
Responsible Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, as well as the service rules of the websites, applications, and content platforms they access. The service may not be used for unlawful activities, infringement of others’ legal rights, interference with network facilities, distribution of malicious programs, fraud, unauthorized system access, or other conduct that may create security risks.
Users may not consume route resources through automated, bulk, or otherwise abnormal activity in a way that affects other users’ normal connections. They may not probe, damage, or evade the service’s account management, billing, access control, or security mechanisms. To maintain route operations and service order, CavaVPN may take necessary action against clearly abnormal connection activity.
Availability and Limits of Liability
CavaVPN maintains, adjusts, and troubleshoots routes according to operating conditions. The service may experience temporary interruptions, speed changes, or limited connectivity in some regions due to network fluctuations, device settings, system updates, carrier routing changes, third-party platform adjustments, maintenance, or events beyond reasonable control. The coverage shown on the website does not guarantee continued availability for any specific website, application, or content.
Users should choose routes according to their needs and keep important data and necessary business alternatives. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CavaVPN is not responsible for losses caused by the user’s device, network environment, third-party services, incorrect configuration, mishandling of credentials, or events beyond reasonable control. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Restrictions and Termination
If an account involves reselling subscriptions, publicly sharing connection credentials, unlawful use, interference with service operations, infringement of others’ rights, or another serious violation of these terms, CavaVPN may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. To verify unusual activity, the account holder may be asked to provide necessary information related to an order or service issue through the user panel.
Users may stop using the service. Account termination does not automatically cancel valid orders that have already been created or alter subscription traffic that has already been used. For refund requests, a full refund without cause may be requested within 14 days of the first payment; please see the Refund Policy for the applicable scope, request method, and processing rules.
Changes and Interpretation
CavaVPN may update these terms due to changes in service content, route management needs, legal or regulatory developments, or risk-control requirements. Updated text will be published on this page with the latest update date. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If users do not agree with the changes, they should stop using the service.
These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and rules displayed for specific features in the user panel together form the service agreement. If a specific feature page provides clearer operational instructions, the rules displayed for that feature at the time will apply, provided they do not conflict with these terms.
